Because our ECOsmarte uses copper instead of chlorine I
can swim without my allergies becoming bothersome. Most pool systems
use chlorine or other types of chemicals to treat the water. However,
when I swim in a chlorine pool, my nose drips, I'm sneezing, and
usually my skin is very itchy and red. We have friends who installed
the ECOsmarte, and boy! What a difference it made in the quality of
their pool water! I no longer had to take a Kleenex box with me
poolside. My skin felt soft and my daughter's hair did not feel like
straw when she was finished swimming. My husband and I had decided
that we would not install a pool without an ECOsmarte system. We've
had a few problems, but using natural products has helped to clear
them up. We try to let the system work itself through its problems.

I have been using an ECOsmarte pool system for almost 2
years now and as Larry promised, maintenance is so easy it's almost
boring! We opened the pool for the season a month ago and so far the
only thing I added is half a gallon of muratic acid. The water looks
great, feels great and smells great! Just as impressive as your
product is your staff. I have always been delighted at how
knowledgeable and courteous they are and how willing they are to work
through issues (even when it turns out the ECOsmarte has nothing to do
with the problems!).

Thanks for your assistance on the phone a few minutes
ago. I've called before and talked with someone else. I must say,
everyone at ECOsmarte is always very helpful.
I have really enjoyed having the system. It sure is nice not to have
to worry about chemicals! I stopped by the pool store today and
overheard several customers talking about how much work they had to do
in order to get their water right for swimming. I just laughed and
told them mine had been clean all winter without much effort.
Hopefully, they'll wake up and buy an ECOsmarte system and be worry
free.

This letter is to express our pleasure with the
ECOsmarte Spa system that was installed on our hot tub a few weeks
ago. Since the installation, we have not had to use any bromine and
the water has been crystal clear. The advantages that we have noticed
thus far have been that the water is silky, our skin stays soft, there
has been no reason to have to rinse off after getting out, our suits
have not faded, and the water smells fresh - not like bromine.
Your installation crew was experience, polite, and took the time to
explain the system. They cleaned up their work site and they were
expedient. We will definitely recommend the ECOsmarte to anyone
considering switching to a non-chemical system.

Per our conversation this evening: I bought an
ECOsmarte whole house POE system, and pool system with hydroxite and
CO2 from your dealer in October 1999. My neighbors, friends, family
and I are very pleased to be able to swim in a chlorine free pool.
Friends have commented, and I have noticed, that somehow, the pool
water feels "soft". Not like water softened that produces a slick
feel. But more like a gentle, enveloping light touch. I was also
surprised at how much chlorine is removed by the whole house system.
One night I was up very late and filter had begun its backwash while I
was cleaning my contact lenses. The fumes and odor for the chlorinated
city water were so powerful that I stepped back from the sink.
Needless to say, I don't bathe, wash, brush teeth, clean contacts
anymore during the backwash cycle.

We just LOVE your system for our pool! We have a fairly
new liner and it is staying the pretty color that it is and not
bleaching out from chemicals. My wife is extremely allergic to some
chemicals and this prevents her from swimming in a lot of pools. With
your system there is no problem. It is easy to maintain. We can go
away and we don't have to worry about our pool turning bad. WE REALLY
ENJOY THE FREEDOM OF NO CHEMICALS! We'll tell all of Rockford about

I am writing this letter to you to brag on the
performance of one of your dealers. I don't want to write a super long
letter, but I felt the need to tell you some details for your
understanding.
My family and I moved from Chicago to Tucson 9 years ago. Shortly
after we arrived we were greatly amazed at the difference of culture
and now after 9 years we have come to the awareness that businesses
here in Tucson move at a much slower pace and are for the most part
unreliable when it comes to scheduling things. We were greatly pleased
by the honesty, the sincerity, and quality of work of the Goodin
family. What they said is what they did. When they said they would do
it they did it. Now that we have the pool installed, any time we have
questions they have the answers and provide us any service we need.
As far as the pool is concerned, this one-piece fiberglass pool, 35
ft. by 15 ft. with the ECOsmarte system has got to be the finest of
pools in the world. The Goodin family gave us all the accurate
information we need to keep our pool crystal clear and chemical free.

I want to personally congratulate you on your great
products. I live in Minnesota and we bought a home with a 30-yr old
Baker concrete in-ground pool in 1991. I had never had a pool before
so I had a lot to learn about maintenance. The pool had always been
treated with chlorine. After the first year I switched to Bacquacil
products on the advice of my eye doctor. He felt I was having
reactions to the chlorine. The Bacquacil was better but very
expensive. After a couple of years I jokingly asked my pool supply
company if they had direct deposit so I could just have my paycheck
sent to them. Luckily, I received a brochure from your company 3 years
ago. Naturally, I was quite skeptical at first, this had all the
appearance of a gimmick that was too good to be true. Well, I'm now
convinced you make the best pool products available. Last year my only
cost was for some inexpensive acid from K-mart and soda products from
the grocery store.
Thank you so much for providing products that make swimming more
enjoyable (no foul smelling chlorine) and less costly and time
consuming.

Before I found out about the ECOsmarte chlorine and
bromine chemical-free hot tub system, I suffered from a skin rash
caused from the chemicals in our hot tub. I slowed my use of the hot
tub to once per week, but still suffered with the rash. One day we
stopped at a store that advertised a chemical-free system on the store
windows. After learning how the system works, we not only purchased
the ECOsmarte system, but a new hot tub to go with the system. We have
had our ECOsmarte system and new hot tub for 5 months and I use the
tub every day without any problems to my skin.
